On July 19th Josiah graduated from the Leadership Training School in Fort Knox, Kentucky. The graduation was the culmination of demanding training. Four weeks can change a person's life; being challenged emotionally,physically and mentally. Phase I taught the basic skills necessary to participate in the next three phases. Training was conducted by drill sergents. Phase II covered adventure training which built self-confidence and unit esprit-de-corps. Phase III used field exercises to assess the cadet's leadership abilities. Phase IV introduced the cadet to the social aspect of the Army. Take a look at the graduation pictures.
The challenging part sometimes is from a personal perspective versus a ministry perspective. We are challenged because we want to be on-site and directly involved with the field service to the country of
