Miles and Miles of Nothin' but Desert!
The Bataan Me
morial Death March is a challenging march through the high desert terrain of White Sands Missile Range, N.M., conducted in honor of the heroic service
members who defended the Philippine Islands during World War II, sacrificing their freedom, health and, in many cases, their very lives.
Josiah marching the 26.5 miles was able to experience, in part, what soldiers endured during their long forced trek through the Philipines, Out of 391 in his category, Josiah came in 46th.
Pretty good for his first time running a marathon.

Grandma is enjoying her grandchildren:
Zachary is 7 years old and loves to read all the time. He's already in the 2nd grade.
Avery is is 18 months old. She's learning how to talk and is discovering everything. Avery is exciting to be with and is adorable.
Blake is 10 days old. He has a beautiful color of skin. I'm not sure who he looks like, but when he was born he looked like Avery.

Avery gets a close up of her new brother. WOW
Terry was in Colorado the day before Blake was born and then headed off to England with Mercy Ships to train the man who is taking his place. He'll return back from England to Colorado on Feb 25th. Then we'll both head off to El Paso to finish up on last minute things.
